Terms of Use

Last updated: July 27, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Everglow app. By downloading or using Everglow, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use Everglow on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these terms. You may not resell, redistribute, or attempt to extract the app's source for commercial purposes.

In-app purchases and refunds

Everglow offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited local app features, as well as an optional auto-renewable subscription, Everglow Cloud, which provides hosted AI processing.

All purchases are processed by Apple, and all sales are final. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly. Refunds are handled solely by Apple under Apple's refund policy. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or use the "Report a Problem" option in your Apple purchase history.

No warranty

Everglow is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated content may be inaccurate; it is not professional, medical, legal, or psychological advice, and you use it at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss of data — please keep your own backups.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's place of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence.
